About
P.S. Hazelwyck has been writing and telling stories since she was a child. The family joke was that it took her 45 minutes to recount a 30-minute cartoon episode because it was imperative that she convey the emotions and the drama.
She has since learned to read the room and wrap stories up that haven’t caught her audience’s attention. She’s also learned how to tell her own stories. You can imagine how relieved her family is.
Now she writes professionally and is working on two major projects: First, a modern-day fantasy series that explores the question of what it means to be human and exist in a body in an uncertain world that only learned about the existence of magic 25 years ago. Second, a cozy, philosophical fiction podcast that follows Hazel and Vidi, a 20-something professional cleaner and a centuries old enchanted painting, respectively, as they become roommates.
When P.S. Hazelwyck isn’t writing or editing, she can often be found wild swimming, performing at poetry nights, or walking around looking for nifty plants and rocks.
